The right candidate for this position will be responsible for working alongside our clinical team in a collaborative environment. Candidate will be expected to perform House Calls and see patients at assisted livings. We provide a fast paced energetic atmosphere. Candidate must be licensed in the State of New Jersey. Candidates should hold a DEA license.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Candidate will be expected to perform House Calls and see patients at Assisted living communities


• Perform physical examinations and screenings of patients


• Order and administer testing


• Review and interpret test results


• Diagnose health problems and identify multi-modal approaches to treatment of conditions


• Prescribe appropriate medications, consistent with practice guidelines


• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging as a part of comprehensive evaluation


• Maintain and update patient records and submit timely notes regarding treatment


• Other duties as appropriate


• Ability to operate as part of a team and show respect to all team members


• Must Carry own Malpractice
