What You'll Do:

• Respond to policyholder inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Support clients with policy changes, claims, billing, and service questions
• Provide knowledgeable support and solutions by phone, email, and chat
• Work closely with agents, brokers, and back-office teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Stay updated on insurance products and regulations while building strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience
• Stellar problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-centered, client-focused environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; insurance background preferred
