Key Responsibilities

• Review, moderate, and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Respond to user inquiries related to moderation and provide insights regarding content policies.
• Identify harmful or inappropriate content and escalate issues as necessary to ensure user safety.
• Analyze content trends and user interactions to inform moderation practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine community standards and guidelines.
• Document moderation activities and maintain comprehensive records for reporting and performance feedback.
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on best practices for content moderation and community management.

• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
• Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and user engagement principles.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to address sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Familiarity with moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage content-related challenges effectively.
