Job Description - Polish Customer Support Representative

Emerald Zebra is working closely with an International FinTech Company and seeking to recruit a Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where client care meets innovation.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, delivering exceptional service while resolving queries efficiently and professionally. This is a key role for someone who thrives on providing solutions, supporting others, and growing within a forward-thinking company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding support to clients via live chat, email, and phone in both English and Polish.
  • Quickly assess customer needs and deliver effective, timely solutions with a professional and proactive approach.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive well-rounded and accurate responses.
  • Stay up to date with financial markets, trading products (including CFDs), and platform functionality.
  • Assist with translations and content proofreading to support quality across multilingual platforms.

Background and Experience:

  • Native in Polish and fluent in English (additional Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
  • Passionate about customer service and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Eager to learn about financial markets, forex, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Team-oriented and open to collaboration in a multicultural environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and tech proficiency (MS Office).
  • Prior experience in customer service or financial institutions is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:

Shift-based schedule: 08:0016:00 and 15:0023:00 (rotating weekly).

One Saturday per month with an additional day off that week.

Occasional work on public holidays (compensated with double pay).
