Content Sensitivity Notice: This role involves reviewing and evaluating user-generated media and ad content that frequently contains graphic imagery, video clips, or text covering sensitive topics such as violence. About the Role

Join our Sofia team as a Content Moderator and play a vital role in building a safer digital environment. In this position, you will examine, evaluate, and moderate user-submitted posts and online advertisements in Polish to ensure strict adherence to community guidelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Review: Evaluate and execute swift moderation decisions on incoming user posts and commercial ads.
• Policy Enforcement: Meticulously apply platform policies to flag or delete non-compliant material, including media containing sensitive or graphic violence.
• Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve operational targets regarding accuracy, turnaround speed, and quality control.
• Wellness Engagement: Actively participate in mental health programs, individual coaching sessions, and team check-ins to support your emotional well-being.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside team leads and quality assurance specialists to maintain unbiased and uniform moderation standards across the platform.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent command of Polish (C1/C2 level), along with strong professional proficiency in English (B2+ level or higher).
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work Full-Time or Part-Time hours across a 24/7 rotational schedule (including weekends, holidays, and night shifts).
• Work Location: 100% on-site at our corporate facilities in Sofia.
• Emotional Strength: Capacity to process intense, sensitive media while maintaining composure and objective professional boundaries.
• Analytical Skills: Sharp attention to detail with the ability to make rapid, sound judgements based on evolving guidelines.
