This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about cars and customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating inquiries related to automotive products and services, ensuring they receive clear and helpful information in Polish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to automotive services, warranties, and product information through phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Assist customers with vehicle troubleshooting, service appointments, and parts availability.
• Provide accurate information regarding vehicle features, specifications, and maintenance recommendations.
• Document customer interactions accurately and track inquiries in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with service departments to ensure timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive trends and product offerings to enhance customer assistance.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to relate to customers in an engaging way.
• Good problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
• Familiarity with automotive products and services is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
