This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for travel and customer service. As a vital member of our team, you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding air travel and aviation services while providing exceptional support in Polish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and travel policies via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide customers with information on flight schedules, pricing, and service regulations.
• Assist with bookings and modifications to existing reservations, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide customers with real-time updates and assistance.
• Stay informed about aviation trends and company offerings to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
