Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to biotechnology products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
• Provide accurate information on product specifications, usage, and benefits.
• Assist customers with order processing, product troubleshooting, and service inquiries.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain meticulous records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with scientific and technical teams to provide enhanced support to clients.
• Stay informed on industry advancements and company offerings to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
