Polish Speaking Customer Service for Construction industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a new opportunity for Polish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Construction industry. If you are passionate about customer service and have a penchant for the construction field, this role is perfect for you. As a representative, you will support clients in navigating their construction inquiries and ensure they receive comprehensive assistance in Polish.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding construction products, services, and project support via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information on product specifications, project timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and coordinating with project management teams as necessary.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance client service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better assist our customers.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the construction industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
