Job Description - Polish Speaking Customer Service for Education & E-Learning industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for Polish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and technology and want to help learners achieve their goals. You will engage with customers to assist them with inquiries, providing an excellent experience in Polish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to e-learning services, course offerings, and account support via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
  • Guide customers in navigating our educational platforms, providing detailed information about courses and registration processes.
  • Assist with technical support related to online learning tools and platforms.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with instructional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and addressed effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest educational trends and offerings to provide updated advice and guidance to customers.
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others learn.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in using customer service applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and supportively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
