As part of our dedicated team, you will assist customers with inquiries regarding food and beverage products, ensuring they receive the best service possible in Polish.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about food and beverage products, pricing, and availability via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide information on product ingredients, nutritional values, and dietary options.
• Assist customers with order placements, changes, and issue resolutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide relevant information.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the food and beverage sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
