Job Description - Polish Speaking Customer Service for Healthcare industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an opportunity for Polish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Healthcare industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and providing outstanding service in a vital sector. As a representative, you will assist patients and healthcare providers by addressing inquiries and delivering support in Polish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to healthcare services, insurance, and patient support via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
  • Provide information on available healthcare services, appointment scheduling, and medical procedures.
  • Assist patients in navigating healthcare options, insurance claims, and benefits.
  • Handle and resolve any complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Stay informed about healthcare policies and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong empathetic approach.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
