In this role, you will assist travelers with their inquiries, bookings, and provide support to ensure a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding hotel reservations, travel packages, and tourism information via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Assist customers with booking processes and provide recommendations for accommodations and activities.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and document any changes or updates in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with hospitality partners to provide timely and accurate services to customers.
• Stay informed about travel trends, local attractions, and company offerings to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering quality service.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
