This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about logistics solutions and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will facilitate communication with clients in Polish, assisting them with their logistics inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain solutions via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
• Provide information on shipping options, delivery timeframes, and customs regulations.
• Assist customers with order processing, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system for reference.
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide real-time updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to better assist clients.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sector.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
