Polish Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for Polish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Manufacturing industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients while ensuring they receive outstanding service in Polish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to manufacturing products, order status, and production schedules via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information on product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers with order placement, changes, cancellations, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to provide customers with timely updates and information.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
