Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescription services, and healthcare support via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide accurate information on medication usage, side effects, and health regulations.
• Assist patients with order processing, refills, and troubleshooting any issues.
• Document customer interactions meticulously in the system to maintain compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical product information and industry regulations to provide relevant assistance.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive health-related inquiries with care.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
