Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding real estate services, property listings, and market trends via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide clients with detailed information about properties and guide them through the buying or renting process.
• Assist in scheduling property viewings and coordinating with real estate agents.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Stay updated on real estate market developments and company offerings to better assist clients.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate sector.
