Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
• Educate customers on the benefits and usage of renewable energy solutions available.
• Assist with account management, service subscriptions, and billing questions.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and renewable energy developments to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the renewable energy sector, is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and supporting demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism.
