Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and billing, via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot service-related issues for customers.
• Educate customers on product features and guide them in making informed decisions.
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest telecommunications technologies and offerings.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
