Mercier Consultancy MD is searching for a Polish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for fostering a safe online environment for our users by monitoring digital content, managing safety inquiries, and enforcing community standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and interactions to identify potential violations of our safety policies and community guidelines.
• Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents, evaluating evidence to recommend appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and develop safety policies that support a trustworthy digital community.
• Create and present detailed reports on safety incidents, trends, and recommendations to inform management decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in digital safety to continuously improve our protocols.
• Engage with users to promote safety awareness and provide guidance on navigating online risks.

• Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related areas is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, data-driven problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively addressing user safety concerns.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to identifying potential risks.
• Familiarity with online safety tools and social media platforms is advantageous.
