Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and interactions to identify and respond effectively to potential violations of safety policies.
• Conduct comprehensive investigations into reported safety incidents, gathering and analyzing evidence to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with various teams to create and enhance policies that promote digital safety and trust across platforms.
• Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents and trends to inform organizational strategies and improve safety measures.
• Stay updated on digital safety trends and best practices to proactively enhance our community standards.
• Engage directly with users to educate them about safety practices and foster a sense of community awareness regarding online risks.

• Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Prior experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively address user interactions and safety issues.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying potential risks to user safety.
• Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is a plus.
