Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and interactions to detect and handle potential violations of safety policies.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into reported incidents and apply analytical skills to evaluate evidence and recommend suitable actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and develop policies aimed at enhancing digital safety.
• Compile and present comprehensive reports on safety incidents and trends to support organizational strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital safety to proactively enhance our protocols.
• Engage with users to promote awareness of safety practices and encourage responsible online behavior.

• Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Prior experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related roles is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively manage user interactions and safety issues.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and managing potential risks.
• Familiarity with digital safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is a plus.
