Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate online activities to detect safety risks and concerns
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and reports related to safety and security
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety protocols
• Educate clients on best practices for maintaining digital safety
• Analyze safety data and trends to provide insights for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on the latest developments in digital trust and safety
• Conduct training sessions for both staff and clients on trust and safety topics

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in digital safety, cybersecurity, or a related area
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset towards identifying and addressing risks
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of digital safety tools and technologies is a plus
