Job Title: Polish/Finish

Location: Mid-South Central Extrusion Die / 334 E. Washington, Muscle Shoals, Alabama

Shift: 1st Shift / 6:00AM - 2:30PM

What You'll Need:

High School Diploma or GED

Able to stand for long periods of time

Strong attention to detail

Experience using measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and reading blueprints

Job Summary

Polish/Finishers will receive product that has gone through the manufacturing process. They will polish and inspect the product to engineered drawings to ensure customer specifications are met. Any assembly required will be completed. All inspections will be done with calibrated instruments and recorded.

What You'll Do:

Control of products and travelers

Verify that product conforms to job requirements

Performs all polishing functions to complete product to customer specifications

Inspects part to engineered drawings, records on a controlled shop traveler

Prevents incorrect products from shipping to the customer

Works within the boundaries of safe working habits
