Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide medication reminders and help manage health-related tasks as directed.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes in client’s condition to supervisors.


• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
