Pool Attendant

Description

Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Walk all assigned areas throughout shift; remove and replace dirty towels and service trays and glasses empty trash receptacles.
• Set-up and/or breakdown Pool areas on a daily basis
• Remove trash and/or linens and note any areas that need immediate cleaning.
• Maintain Pool Showers lockers and bathroom areas throughout shifts.
• Stock pool linen and supply to ensure par inventories.
• Report any missing/found articles damage or merchandise problems to the supervisor and/or security.
• Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Supervisor on work priorities and provide assistance when needed.
• Perform any other additional duties as assigned by leadership.
• Scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
• Utilizes a variety of approaches and communication techniques tailored to each situation. Is comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• Ability to work on your feet in for eight hours or more.
• Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
• 6 months to 1 year experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred but not required.
