Pool Attendant

Ludwig and Company is a highly respected Property management firm doing business throughout the Midwest. Our firm’s portfolio includes 80 multi-family communities representing approximately 8,500 units. 

Ludwig and Company is seeking a pool attendant at our 232 unit property located in Chicago Heights, IL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established local company. The individual will be responsible for the following:

• Checking all resident pool passes
• Cleaning pool with skimmer/pool vac
• Keeping the pool area in good condition
• Enforcing pool rules
• Other tasks as assigned  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• Valid Driver’s License
