Requirements

Keeping good organization of pool chairs

Maintain a clean pool area by the pick-up of trash and emptying of trash cans

Clean bathrooms and leave proper paper products for use

Test water for acid and chlorine levels to maintain proper levels every three hours and report results to Service Supervisor

Keep pump room in order at all times

Maintain and secure deck furniture during storms, and at the end of each day (to include the closing of umbrellas)

Lock pump house and pool gates at the end of the day

Clean tile and vacuum pool a minimum of twice a week.

Check ID on residents entering pool area and maintain sign-in log or monitor operation of gate card access system, if applicable.

Enforce rules for residents and guests

Report any resident complaints or disturbances to Service Supervisor or

Property Manager immediately

Prepare and submit swimming pool incident reports

Under no circumstances shall the pool be closed early without direct notification of supervisor

Never leave the pool unattended

A valid driver's license and proof of insurance required, along with a passing criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
