Molinari Pools is searching for a Pool Guard Professional to join our team. We desire to hire a professional who is responsible for installing safety barriers such as pool nets, fences, handrails, and ladders. This individual will be driven, service oriented and dependable.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients professionally to establish trust and retention.
• Provide information to clients regarding the safety of the products.
• Install safety barriers such as safety fences and pool nets to code- ensuring proper measurements, drilling the holes into the coping, installing the fencing and/or clips and building any gates as necessary.
• Install Handrails and ladders to code- ensuring proper measurements, drilling the holes into the coping, and the installation of the actual safety device.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed by completing assigned work orders.
• Follow all safety procedures regarding power tool safety, outdoor weather safety, driving safety and other procedures in alignment with job responsibilities.
• Drive company vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic laws.

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer of employment.
• Must have valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years.
