WhereYou’llFit:
The Pool Installation Foreman is responsible for leading and overseeing all phases of residential and/or commercial pool installation projects. This role manages crews, coordinates equipment and materials, ensures quality workmanship, maintains job site safety, and keeps projects on schedule from excavation through final completion.
WhatYou’llBuild:
Supervise and lead pool installation crews on active job sites, coordinating daily schedules, manpower, and project activities
Read and interpret pool plans, layouts, and construction drawings to oversee all phases — excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical prep, concrete, and finishing
Ensure all work meets company standards, safety regulations, and local codes; conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase
Operate and oversee use of construction equipment and tools
Communicate professionally with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners
Monitor material usage, maintain organized job sites, and troubleshoot field issues proactively
Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and workmanship
Maintain accurate daily job logs, progress updates, and safety documentation
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
*This is an outdoor construction environment. Role requires frequent standing, lifting, bending, and equipment operation. Overtime and occasional weekends may be during peak season.

Your Foundation:
Previous experience in pool construction, excavation, hardscaping, or a related construction field ; prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA practices
Ability to operate skid loaders, excavators, and other construction equipment preferred
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Experience with fiberglass, vinyl liner, or Gunite pool installations, plumbing, grading, concrete, masonry, or landscaping a plus
