Pool Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Pool Maintenance Technician to service a​nd maintain residential and/or commercial swimming pools. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, comfortable working outdoors, and able to provide professional service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain swimming pools on a scheduled route
  
  
  


• Skim debris and clean pool surfaces
  
  
  


• Brush walls, steps, and tile lines
  
  
  


• Vacuum pools as needed
  
  
  


• Empty skimmer and pump baskets
  
  
  


• Clean and inspect pool filters
  
  
  


• Test pool water and maintain proper chemical balance
  
  
  


• Add chlorine, acid, salt, and other pool chemicals as needed
  
  
  


• Inspect pumps, filters, valves, and other pool equipment
  
  
  


• Identify leaks, equipment problems, or unsafe conditions and report them
  
  
  


• Keep accurate records of completed pool services
  
  
  


• Maintain pool-cleaning equipment, tools, and company vehicle
  
  
  


• Communicate professionally with customers
  
  
  


• Follow proper procedures when handling pool chemicals
