About the Role

Are you ready to lead a team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where you make a direct impact on children and families? As an Aquatic Manager at Aqua-Tots, you’ll oversee our swim lesson team, ensuring every lesson meets our high standards for safety, quality, and an exceptional family experience. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to mentor instructors, develop leaders, and maintain a hands-on presence in the pool, shaping both team culture and student outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Hire, train, and coach swim instructors

• Supervise deck operations and ensure safety standards

• Support instructor training and evaluations

• Maintain pool safety and health compliance

• Build strong relationships with families

• Handle scheduling, reports, and admin tasks

What You Bring

• Aquatics, swim instruction, or coaching experience

• Leadership or team development skills

• Strong communication and organization

• Passion for water safety

• CPR/AED & First Aid (or ability to obtain)
