This position is integral to ensuring the successful execution of projects from the initial design phase through permitting and pre-construction coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

The Pool Sales Support Specialist will work closely with our sales and construction teams to support early-stage project development, including:

·         Assisting with permit applications, engineering coordination, and pool plan processing

·         Supporting contract preparation and documentation

·         Assisting clients with material selection and tracking

·         Participating in budget meetings and maintaining related documentation

·         Assisting with the preparation of Requests for Information (RFIs) and change orders

Qualifications and Skills:

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Previous experience supporting sales or construction projects

·         Strong organizational and communication skills

·         High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

·         Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
