Pool Server

Full-Time & Part-time Hourly Positions ranging from $5.00-$8.00 plus tips with benefits. Depending on Experience. Located in Santa Fe, NM. Working out of our pool area at Inn & Spa at Loretto

Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
Greet and welcome guests in the pool area.
Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Notate, ring-up, and serve the food and beverage requested by guest.
Run beverages and food to and from the bar to the pool.
Provide general pool area upkeep and cleanliness.
Assist guests at the pool with general service.
Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
Perform any other additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
Utilizes a variety of approaches and communication techniques tailored to each situation. Is comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and at all organizational levels.
Walk all areas and remove all glasses and empty trash receptacles.
Coordinate with the Supervisor on work priorities and provide assistance when needed.

Requirements: Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
Ability to work on your feet in for eight hours or more.
Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently.
Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
6 months to 1 year experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred but not required.
