Pool Service Technician

• Repairs and installations of solar pool equipment
  


• Travel to customer sites and perform pool services
  


• Assist residential customers in diagnosing their pool issues and help to identify the part(s) needed to fix the issue
  


• Work with customers and site owners to ensure tasks are performed on time, efficiently and safely
  


• Complete commissioning reports and other documentation
  


• Respond to and resolve technical questions over the phone
  


• Recommends and sells new pool equipment
  


• Plumbing and electrical
  

Requirements

• At least 1-year of pool service technician experience preferred
  


• Ability to work in all weather environments depending on job location
  


• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  


• Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
  


• Strong customer service and communication skills
  


• High school diploma/GED
  


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  


• Valid driver's license with clean driving history
  


• Reliable transportation
  


• Authorized to work in the U.S.
