About the Position:
We are currently seeking an experienced Pool Technician to join our team in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pool maintenance and equipment servicing. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool maintenance, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and chemical balancing.
   
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
   
• Inspect and maintain proper functioning of pool systems to ensure safety and cleanliness.
   
• Monitor and adjust chemical levels according to health and safety regulations.
   
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding pool conditions, required repairs, and maintenance schedules.
   
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience servicing pools and pool equipment.
   
• Strong understanding of pool chemistry, equipment troubleshooting, and water balancing.
   
• Ability to work independently and manage a service route.
   
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
   
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
   
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus but not required.
   
• Experience with both residential and commercial pools.
