Every day, you’ll be responsible for cooking large batches of our famous gourmet popcorn, following our secret recipes to deliver a one-of-a-kind, high-quality snack for our guests. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining operations, ensuring our popcorn is consistently fresh, delicious, and presented beautifully. Job Responsibilities
Popcorn Production & Recipe Adherence
Follow company recipes exactly to ensure the highest quality, freshness, and flavor consistency. Prepare gourmet popcorn in batches and monitor the cooking process to maintain the perfect taste and presentation.
Team Collaboration & Positive Attitude
Maintain a friendly, upbeat attitude, and work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations. Be ready to jump in wherever needed to support the team and maximize productivity.
Quality Control
Taste test products regularly to ensure each batch meets the expected flavor profile. Keep production consistent and ensure all popcorn is fresh and delicious. Maintain high presentation standards at all times.
Stock Management & Ingredient Inventory
Maintain accurate inventory levels for ingredients and prepared products. Ensure the FIFO (First In, First Out) system is followed for ingredient rotation to reduce waste and maintain freshness.
Health & Safety Compliance
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean, safe work environment. Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks to keep the work area and all equipment spotless and in good working condition.
Preventive Maintenance & Equipment Care
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on popcorn equipment to ensure it operates efficiently. Report any issues to management for prompt attention.
Efficient Workflow & Waste Reduction
Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, minimizing waste of ingredients while maintaining product quality. Ensure all recipes are prepared to fit the occupancy need and assist in maintaining a steady production flow throughout the day.
Customer Interaction
You must interact with customers, serving them in a friendly and efficient manner while maintaining a positive, guest-focused environment. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, freshly prepared popcorn.
Maintain Cleanliness & Organization
Ensure the workstations are kept clean, organized, and ready for the next batch of popcorn production. Follow daily setup and take-down procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
Lift and carry 25 pounds regularly
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
Perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Ability to work in varying environments (e.g., outdoor, warehouse, office).
Skills and Experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus.
Leadership and project management experience, if applicable.
