Essential Functions & Responsibilities:  

• Prepare and execute all brunch menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout service.
• Follow recipes, prep lists, and kitchen procedures with consistency and accuracy.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
• Uphold kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
• Contribute to prep and cleanup duties as needed, ensuring smooth transitions before and after service.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and minimizing food waste.
• Take direction from kitchen leadership and show initiative in maintaining high kitchen standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen; brunch or breakfast service experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills, station organization, and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with brunch staples (eggs, griddles, sauces, etc.) and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
