Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff management, and financial performance
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Hire and train staff, and ensure that they are properly motivated and supported
• Maintain food safety standards and ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to regulations
• Work with the team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
• Track and analyze financial performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Represent the restaurant at all times

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Food safety certification
