Description:
·Conducting outreach to patient populations in the market to get them back in at the right time for medical care.
·Engaging patients over the phone and facilitating communication to the patient, and other providers, calling and scheduling appointments, and communicating medical information to the care team.
· Trying to reach at-risk populations who need medical care.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of healthcare background-- ideally from a customer service type role-- Medical Sec/Patient Access/Call Center/etc.
MUST BE BILINGUAL FLUENT ENGLISH/SPANISH--- 90% of their calls will be Spanish
Excellent customer service skills (looking for someone who has a passion for this type of job and who wants to be there LONG TERM CAREER) and able to align with their mission in the community.
