Job Overview

AV Taxi Rides is looking for an outgoing and customer-oriented Pop-Up & Kiosk Sales Associate to represent our transportation services at promotional kiosks and community outreach locations throughout Los Angeles. 

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors at company kiosks and promotional locations
• Answer questions about fares, service areas, and ride availability
• Assist customers with completing service inquiries and booking requests
• Distribute informational materials and promotional offers
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional kiosk area
• Record customer interactions and provide feedback to management
• Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Salary Range

$18 – $26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
