PORO & RFQ Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• RFQ
  • Objective: Follow-up of the RFQ process
  • Creation and delivery of the consultation file
  • Responsible for the schedule
  • Summary of supplier feedback
  • Coordination of the response to the RFP + technical opinion of the consultation
  • Under SSTL Body
  • Interactions: purchaser + core team + designers
  • Volume: ~30 files for 1 launcher application staggered
  • Note: responsible for the delivery of documents but not for their validation and content
• PORO
  • Objective: Convergence of PORO
  • Very close to RFQ but with interaction with VEMO (cost estimation of parts) and not the buyer

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent program ;
• Experience : 1 to 3 years ;
• Tools: GST (for RFQ), Catia (PLM win), PLM web (not designer or Catia) ;
• KPI ;
• English / French ;
• Good written and oral communication / proactive ;
• PORO: Project economic framing ;
• RFQ: how we define the parts, consultation file, technical definition ;
