Porter

LR Associates, LLC is a Veteran owned federal government contractor providing facilities management and other services to various government customers. We support our customers with highly skilled personnel and provide customized solutions to accomplish the mission.

We are looking for a Porter for our government customer in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in commercial or government custodial services. Preferred experience in a cleaning large facilities. Ideal candidate must have detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures, detailed oriented and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities: Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning the lobby area, hallways, bathrooms. Dusting, cleaning doors and glass, removing litter, refill all paper products, clean kitchen/break areas. Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time; Ascending/Descending stairs and required to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.

Must have active TS/SCI Clearance.
