Description

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our client's facility during the day, ensuring that all areas are clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and break rooms
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Monitor and restock restroom and break room supplies
• Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair issues
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
