Location: 3Sixty Flats- Grand Prairie, TX

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm 

Pay: Starting at $16/hr plus quarterly bonuses, lots of holidays off and paid, and even get your birthday as a paid day off!

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated maintenance porter/groundskeeper to help with property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.

Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus.

Some interior/exterior maintenance experience a plus.

Job Duties Include:

• Daily grounds pick up, maintain dog park and exterior amenities

• Interior hallway upkeep, assist with cleaning and general maintenance

• Clean swimming pool and pool area

• Preventative Maintenance
