Seeking a maintenance porter/groundskeeper for one of our beautiful communities in McKinney, TX!

Location: Bexley at WestRidge

This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule. 

This role starts at $16/hr plus quarterly bonuses!  

We are currently seeking a maintenance porter/groundskeeper to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.

Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus.

Some interior/exterior maintenance experience a plus.

Job Duties Include:

• Daily grounds pick up, maintain dog park and exterior amenities

• Interior hallway upkeep, assist with cleaning and general maintenance

• Clean swimming pool and pool area

• Preventative Maintenance
