Porter

Star Club Apartments is seeking a Porter to be responsible for managing the building’s cleanliness and orderliness.

This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, etc.
• Ensure that all common areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
