We are seeking a PORTER to join our team to serve one of our apartment communities located in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently and in teams. The ideal person for this position will be customer service oriented, has excellent communications skills, strong leasing and administrative skills, and is a team player.

Here are some of the key responsibilities of this position:

• Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.
• Trash out vacant units
• Pool cleaning and Pool chemical maintenance- experience preferred but not required
• Will assist technicians with all types of maintenance when needed
• Outdoor painting as needed
• Delivery of notices to apartment doors
• Assist with routine building inspections
• Assist with resident events if needed; this would include setup, breakdown, cleanup, etc.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned/as needed

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:

• Be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
• Lift 40-50 lbs.
• Ability to physically manage painting, pressure washing, blowing breezeways and parking lots
• Have dependable transportation to and from work
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be a self starter
• Enjoy working with others and able to take direction when needed
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach with

co-workers and customers

• Must possess a valid Government issued ID
