A Porter position has to perform the daily maintenance around the restaurant. On a day-to-day basis this includes but is not limited to: general and deep cleaning inside of the restaurant, restaurant readiness, prep of certain items, grill/fryer cleaning, outside cleaning/work, unloading the food truck, proper FIFO procedures, routine maintenance/cleaning, as well as some positional work within the restaurant on a regular basis. Hours for this position are generally 6a-2p five days a week.
