Job Description

Advantage Toyota of River Oaks is seeking a reliable and motivated Porter / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting both customers and staff in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Move, park, and organize dealership vehicles safely and efficiently


• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, service drive, showroom, and lot


• Assist service and sales teams with daily operational needs


• Perform vehicle pick-ups, deliveries, and basic errands as needed


• Support a positive and professional dealership environment

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to drive automatic vehicles; manual transmission experience preferred


• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor


• Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods


• Previous dealership, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
